How SIB PELLET handles B2B enquiry data, essential site storage and optional analytics.
1. Who handles your information
Agrobalans LLC, operating the SIB PELLET international commercial brand, handles information submitted through the international website. Enquiries: info@sibpellet.com.
2. B2B enquiry data
The RFQ form may collect company/contact details, business email, destination, volume, technical parameters, delivery basis, inspection, timing and documentary requirements. We use these details to evaluate the enquiry, prepare a response and maintain business correspondence.
3. Essential storage
Essential technical storage is used for security, site operation and remembering your privacy choice. The preference is stored locally in your browser.
4. Optional analytics: Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica
If you allow analytics, the website loads Google Analytics 4 using Measurement ID G-EZM682P45V and Yandex Metrica counter 112921264. These services may process page views, browser/device characteristics, referral information, approximate location and interaction data. Yandex Metrica Session Replay (Webvisor), click maps and link tracking are enabled only after analytics consent; the RFQ form is explicitly hidden from Session Replay to avoid recording its contents.
Neither analytics tag is loaded before analytics consent. If you choose “Essential only”, our consent manager keeps both services disabled. Google advertising storage, Google Signals and ad-personalization signals remain disabled.
5. Analytics service providers
When analytics is enabled, Google and Yandex act as external analytics service providers. Google processing may occur outside your country depending on its infrastructure. Yandex Metrica operates under Yandex’s own privacy policy and service terms. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses or RFQ field contents to either analytics service.
6. Retention and disclosure
Business enquiry information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, correspondence or applicable legal obligations and may be shared with relevant transaction participants where necessary.
7. Your choices and requests
