FIRST TRANSACTION

Four layers of buyer protection.

The objective is not to replace the buyer’s due diligence. It is to make due diligence easier to perform and easier to document.

01

Specification qualification

Destination, volume, technical limits, test methods, packaging, Incoterm and documentary requirements are mapped before a commercial programme is proposed.

02

Evidence package

Historical laboratory data can support screening. Unverified transaction parameters are separated clearly and can be covered by fresh testing where required.

03

Independent verification

Sampling, laboratory, inspection scope and release procedure can be agreed with the buyer or its appointed inspection party.

04

Contract acceptance

Limits, tolerances, rejection logic, document flow and shipment basis belong in the contract rather than in unsupported marketing claims.

SAMPLES & ON-SITE VERIFICATION

Inspect what matters before committing to scale.

For first-time counterparties, representative sampling for buyer-appointed laboratory work can be arranged by agreement. Loading supervision in Lesosibirsk can also be coordinated, including participation by the buyer or an appointed representative.

Exact sampling method, custody, testing scope, travel/access arrangements and responsibility are agreed for the transaction.

WHAT WE DO NOT OVERSTATE

Evidence before labels.

SIB PELLET does not present a historic report as a guarantee for a future batch and does not claim I2/I3, JAS or other certification without the exact supporting basis. Destination frameworks are used to qualify the supply against the buyer’s real acceptance specification.

MARKET ROUTES

Qualification follows the destination.

The same pellet cannot be sold responsibly with one generic promise to every market. Technical and documentary checks are aligned to the destination and buyer.
